- Trail Work at Rich's Farm, Nov 23
This will be a Members Event to scope and clear trails on Rich's new property to the east of the current farm. Details and a thread to follow.
- Club Christmas Party, Dec 1
A little earlier this year, but the other details should be pretty similar. Jeff and the Smiths were gracious enough to invite us back. The Club will buy Subway and we'll all bring our own side dish, we'll have a white elephant gift exchange, traditional bonfire, and much merriment! Check in and sign up here.

Maybe, very early discussions...
- CORE Tour 2019, Nov 1-3, 2019
Unfortunately, this year's Tour kinda fell apart. Between the Harlan trip, DTOR Boo Bash, and Mud Madness closing at the end of the month, there just wasn't a workable date.
But we haven't given up on bringing it back next year. The date will probably shift back into early November, and the locations will have to be worked out. There is some private land near Sparta that might serve as a second leg, on the way home from DTOR. We will see...
Official Business:
- CORE Meeting Date Change
Starting next month, we'll meet the same place and time, but the second Wednesday of the month. Mark your calendars!
- 2019 Officer Elections
In the end, our 2018 Executive Board will carry over next year, unchanged:
- President - Jeff Smith
- Vice President - Jim Crawford
- Treasurer - Kevin O'Bryan
- Secretary - Robert Hull
- Trustee, 1yr - Jim Busch
- Trustee, 2yr - Andy Morgan
- Trustee, 3yr - Tony Vilardo
- 2019 Event Calendar
Discussions have begun. We're considering a more regular schedule, maybe trying to plan on the first weekend of every month, with emphasis on the three major holiday weekends.
I'll start a thread for input, and we're going to try to put together an Officers Meeting to pin it down.
