Does this have wiring and the computer?

No, Unfortunately it doesn't. It is the head, block, crank, rods, pistons....etc. Intake+associated bits stayed with the donor when I got it. I intended to use propane on it as that is what I currently have in my rig.

Stored in my garage, though.
