I am new to this forum, but I do know some of the members here. This is my Jeep that is entered in Top Truck Challenge. Please vote for #48 so I can represent to east side of the country and show all of those flat billers from the west coast and Canada what's up! Thanks guys!

Mine got mailed out 2 weeks ago. I have seen them at Walgreen's and Kroger. It is the April edition.

This is still a work in progress, but the motor is being built by Arnold Hines Racing Engines. Most 4.8 strokers are bored .060 over. He is doing mine with an .030 bore. By doing this it will keep some cylinder wall thickness and hopefully some longevity. On paper he tells me it should make about 415 HP, 450 lb ft. I think those numbers are a little optimistic. The supercharger is from Rick Rimmer. He repurposed the 3.8 v6 supercharger for use on the 4.0 with some custom bracket. These SC units make about 100 HP and 100 lb ft on a stock motor. My guess is that it should make right around 500 each, but those numbers could go either way by 10%.

Wow..sounds nasty. There was a guy running a 4.8 on lots of nitrous at Gravelrama last year an it was damn strong.

I was surprised to see the Okeana, OH location... Nice rig.
How long have you been running the 43's?
You gonna go 46's when Mickey Thompson calls you after you get in? :D
Good luck! It's quite an experience.

Thank you! I've been running the 43's for about a year and a half. Switched from 42" IROK's on 16" TrailReady wheels. I like the SX's much better, stronger sidewall and all around better traction. I love having the double Beadlocks, and the Stazworks works wheels are damn strong. Probably switch to the 46" TTC tire if I make it into the competition.
Thanks to everyone who has voted for Andy and I :Peace:
