They're just cross-promoting with Rush, not associated with them.
They are in the same neck of the woods though. One exit west on 64, instead of one exit east...

There is also another place called Dirt Nasty Offroad opening up this spring that is very close to Morehead. They have some beautiful rock formations. Haven't seen much in the way of trails.
