Hey all I found this and though some one might like this:
Using Mercades arms
Here are some pics of the mercedes arms that purchased to moved the tie rod and drag link bars over the top (OTT) of the springs since I have a SPOA done. This way I will not need to use a zbar and this help with putting the steering back to original position just above the springs.
I can one of two things:
1. do a 1/2 hi steer where I only take one (1617 left mercedes arm) and put it on the right side and connect only a modified tie rod to it. and leave the drag link below the springs in it original possition.
2. put both mercedes arms on and then shorten the drag link bar to fit between the mercedes arms and leaving the tie rod connected to original location on the drag link bar.
I also had to purchase some new bolts for the mercedes arms because they are fatter and the original bolts will not work.
2ea - m12x1.25x50mm
2ea - m12x1.25x60mm
from lowes 5 bucks each.
I will need to drill out the center holes of the mercedes arms with a 9/16" drill bit. This way the holes will line up with original holes on the samurai.
here are models that you can find these arms on. not sure if these are correct but they might help in finding your set of arms:

Update
I went out and bought a cheap harbor frieght drill press 40.00
9/16" high speed steel bit 19.00
drill press clamp too 7.00
7 hours of drilling to find out the mercedes arms are harder than High speed steel bits
rounded the corners of the bit
I went to Grainger and bought a 9/16" cobalt bit ( harder than the mercedes arms)
now only took about 1 hours of drilling out 3 holes left. I used the slowest speed and tons of water to keep it cool.
I did have to buy new bolts to mount the arms because the old ones were not long enough.
here are the pictures of the arm mounted on the right side. I still need to fab up a tie rod to connect up the arm to the pitman arm.

These are Mercedes Benz steering arms used to make a high steer setup on any 86-95 Suzuki Samurai. Use either one or both arms to move your drag link and tie rod up and out of the way of the rocks & remove bumpsteer.
!Modifications Required!
Drill out the center mounting holes to 9/16" or use a rat-tail style file to elongate the hole , purchase 2 of each of these bolts m12x1.25x50mm, m12x1.25x60mm, and modify your existing tie rod
!ISSUES!
drop pitman arm, liftblocks, axle turned so pionion points up, wornout (sagging) leaf springs can cause clearance issues. I have successfully installed in stock SPOA smaurai and in yj leaf sprung samurai
Stock setup with bent steering link (lots of bumpsteer)
