Treasury Report:
Yes, we have money. Specific Treasurer Reports in the Members forum here (http://www.cincyoffroad.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11120).
Trail Report:
- Spring Fun Run, March 25th
Not quite as muddy as the last time we were there, but close. Snow early, then the melt runoff made everything a mess. We had to winch a couple of the milder rigs around the perimeter trail.
At one point, I think we had a dozen rigs total: Two JKs, two TJs, two XJs, one CJ, two RZRs, and a trio of Toyotas; including a few first-timers who really seemed to have fun, and we'll hopefully see again.
Upcoming Events:
- Rush Trail Work, April 27-29th
This will be the first big trip of the year. We'll work a little, play a little, and get to help build Rush the way we want it to be. Our plan is to head down Friday, some early, some late. Do a little trail work on the exit of Rankin Ravine Saturday morning, then wheel Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Details and more here (http://www.cincyoffroad.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12102).
- May Daytrip, TBD
Probably the second or third weekend, maybe Haspin or MudMadness? Up in the air for now...
- Southern Shine at Harlan, Memorial Day, May 25-28
Mark your calendars...
Other News and Happenings:
- New Meeting Location at Frickers
This did go better than last month. We did get the meeting room to afford a bit of privacy. And there were half as many people, but double the staff, so the service was much better too.
It's working out just fine. See you all next month!
