Well I had a little issue Friday morning. On my way to work traveling 60 MPH down the highway 2 deer ran out in front of me. I swerved, bounced off a guard rail (tore open the side of my truck like a can opener) and came back across the road and snapped a telephone pole in half which then landed on the roof of my truck.

I am fine and the truck is too. My uncles friend, who works at a body shop, is going to fix it for $900. But because of the roof damage it will be totaled. I would have driven the truck home but the state trooper wouldnt let me. Wish I had pics but didnt have a camera. I will get some pics of the truck and post them. Hit a telephone pole at 60 in your Kia and see what happens!!!!!

FORD FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D    :D :D :D :D

Sounds like you were veeeeeery lucky. What year of ford was it? Gonna buy it off of the insurance company?

(Never swerve to avoid a deer unless it was rudolph!)

Fresh road kill. Two deer ought to last a few months. Now if you missed the deer why did you bother to swerve?

Damn Tony you make it sound fun.....

If that was my Chevy I would have hit them with straight on kept going as they landed in the bed ready to be processed!:p

Two ran out. I would have had them. I wish I hit them. I just reacted.

It is a 2000 F-250. Its my work/personal truck. What a ride that was.

Is that still the V10 you had Tony? I know that one towed well especially at about 90 through 275's construction zone.

Diesel would be nice. Nope just a v-8. That v-10 did pull very very nicely though.

Found out today, totaled for sure. Also I was also told this by our agent. If you hit a deer and destroy your truck you pay no deductable. If you destroy your truck avoiding the deer and dont hit it you pay.

Go figure.
