Where is this gray hill? I believe it is in tennessee or south carolina. I have seen video and read about the place and want to check it out this year. Anyone been there or know of such a place? :confused: It is called clay hill I am now hearing.

Yes, that's in Alabama. Amazing place i hear. Imma try to get down there sometime this year. I have some buddies on pirate that go there constantly.

I am building a tube buggy with a bored and stroked ford 427 with a blower and nitrous with rockwells and 54 inch boggers.

i think cameron runs a 502 ramjet in that rig if i recall correctly, or that might be a different ColeWorx rig... the one that ran the wheelie in that one video..

i wont go big block til i get 2" shafts in my rocks... the kind of power i want will twist stockers like crazy...
who knows, maybe i wont need the BB power... or want it. i should get what i have running first i guess.

i have seen sets of 5 ton axles go damn cheap, like 600 bucks or so... pretty big and heavy... 10 lug rims, etc.

If you read the thread sarge posted with the video they say that guy was running 2" shafts in those rockwells!!:eek: Crazy!

These guys are who I have been chatting with and about. I get funny feelings inside just watching em :o . These buggies are what has inspired me to build a high powered single seater but that build will not be until next year and by then they will have probably moved on to something even badder and I will be outdated!
