Not sure why, but we are being hit hard by spammers this week. We are trying to keep on top of everything, however, also trying to keep our day jobs. :) Though some have been mere text posts, there have been a few more (shall we say) colorful in content. If anything offensive is not removed pretty quickly please call me 513 266 5883. Also let me know if you've recd any PMs this week from them. If you have any additional concerns regarding this subject that I've not covered, please let me know. Thanks for your patience.

TS makes people be approved before they can post which cuts out the spammers, but if no one (me) checks new registrations for a few days there's 1000 new "members" signed up that have to be weeded through for legit people & those people are delayed from posting. But, I think it still ends up better than deleting spam & possibly getting junk/viruses from them.
There's no easy way about it.

I've heard other sites that do the same thing; for the same reason. Plus I know Muddy Buddys site got taken down by a virus recently. We've not had much activity regarding it until mid this year (some yes but not the volume since). We'll definitely work on a longer term solution. But right now trying to mitigate "damage" while our admin is busy welcoming a new addition to his family.

Oh Lisa, I'm so relieved. I thought you had just lost it with the birthday photos. My faith has been restored. :D

Well we're getting hit with about 4 an hour now (persistent little buggers need a real job).
Truggy's computer has to see a doctor now to recover.

ya know I had access to this site where I work at at&t and then the past few days it was blocked for security reasons and then just today I was allowed back on.
Weird.
