Went to a friends farm in oxford, Ohio all day and found out how much rain we have had! Very very very muddy! We played in some deep creeks and got out in some plowed farm fields and used the skinny pedal relentlessly to keep some forward motion!
We went up 3 waterfalls that consist of some steep undercut ledges with about a foot of rushing water going over them. One waterfall climb is around a 12 foot vertical climb much like the one in West Virginia that we go on. The windshield kept most of the water out and the wipers were on high to give some visibility! Frigin beautiful 65 degree day but the water was damn cold.
Got in a deep valley and had to go over many downed logs and root balls which flexed the jeep out well! Some drops were taller than me and would bring you down into a narrow creek where you would sometimes have to have one side of the jeep up on the top of the bank and the other in the water. Laid it on its side a few times there but was able to bring it back on atleast 3 tires to get on down the trail. Got some character on the drivers door and had a log come in and try to break my arm which did not feel too good. Log is no longer a problem.
Got some good video and a couple of pics. This location is close to Haspin Acres and gives me a good indication that the ground will be a bit tacky! Beautiful day and awesome times! :beers:
