I talked to Nick, and we're doing our usual: we'll meet at the NewHaven Biggs at 9, and head out from there.
If anyone wants to meet us there, post up and we'll wait for you...
See ya!
Robert
(I'll also be at the NorthBend Sams about 8:30, if that's better...)

We had a blast. Wasn't too terribly crowded, at least back in the woods. The fire road was dusty as hell, and crowded too, but we stayed off it for the most part.
Devil's Backbone was rough, it was a lot more clay than I ever remember seeing it. Nick and I both struggled, but did make it.
We even made it back to Clay Hill, and conquered that, too. No real breaks for anybody, just a few new racing stripes.
The holiday weekend did bring out the idjits, though: We saw three life squads and two air-care choppers, before noon.
Hope we see you guys next time!

Bad news from Sunday:
Laurel crash kills woman
A woman was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Franklin County Sunday, May 24, at 7:55 p.m., according to a Franklin County Sheriff’s Department news release.
Mandy Harvey, 30, Galloway, Ohio, was attempting to climb an embankment at Haspin Acres, located at 21208 Laurel Road, when her 1991 Jeep rolled over, said county Deputy Brad Lecher, the investigating officer.
Her passenger, Cheri Wasserstrom, 37, Columbus, Ohio, “was partially ejected and pinned” under the vehicle.
Wasserstrom was pronounced dead at the scene by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. Harvey was not injured.
Deputy Donald Speckman, Laurel Police Chief Bradley Spurlock, Indiana Conservation Officers Travis Wooley and John Pace and Laurel fire and EMS volunteers assisted after the accident.

Anyone know if a full tied in cage and 5 point seatbelts were used? I heard that the paramedics were busy with multiple calls on the holiday weekend.

did i read that right? you were plowing a field? :D i didnt realize farming was among your many talents, lol! wish id know we were passing you.
i dont normally go that way home, but we made our maiden voyage with the big trailer with too big,dry rotted tires, and someone(not mentioning names ;) ) didnt adjust the coupler up any,so the whole thing was slanted downward and occasionally rubbing the outer rail on the front tires
i figured if i didnt follow him all 6 wheels would fall off halfway home.
we had a great time and did alot of drivin, but did not take any pics :(

I help a farmer friend who farms 2600 acres in the oxford-college corner area. You were on the south side of Hueston Woods. Remember seeing a rubber track style 9000 series John Deere tractor with a finishing tool next to a barn on your left side?
Your trailer setup looked great Scotty! Gave me and a buddy some ideas.
