External to internal regulated alternators

Anybody have any good info on swapping the external regulated alternator on a 97 TJ with the 4.0 to an alternator with an internal regulator??????

I have found some stuff, but nothing on the wiring yet.

I have went through about 30 pages of google and nothing specific. It is also posted over on Pirate.
