Oh yea big time late. I should probably be fired for this.

Our President, Scott Armstrong, opened the meeting by welcoming our guests Brian Egan (now a paid member), Robert Hardy; Jon Hilsmier, and Billy Hubbard.

Treasurer report: We have money

Dues:
Dues are payable by today’s meeting. Renewing members are $30 and new members are $50.

Club T shirt design will remain the same as last year. Color choices same as previous. Additional shirts are $10 each and will be payable prior to placing order.

New Business:
Adopting a trail at Big Rock – Jamie L has offered to take the lead to get some additional information.

Benefit:
Name: CORE/TS 4x4s For A Cause

Events: No full size rock garden this year. We will be having the car crush.

Website: Our web growth is amazing. We have lots of new people on the board. It’s important for everyone to remember that when you post on our site, you realize that you are representing CORE. Even if you are not a paid member, your words and actions contained in those posts can influence how CORE is perceived by others who read your posts. Please keep this in mind as you formulate replies that could be construed as either negative or hurtful.

Monthly Trail Runs:
Need to identify some new places that would allow a blend of hardcore rigs with less modified rigs so whoever shows up to a run can have a good time.

Places:
Royal Blue at the Jellico exit in KY (Bob Heath has been there)
Superlift Park in Arkansas somewhere
Harlan
491 – starter rigs
Slade/Natural Bridge

Steve’s Farm (Private land Jeff P knows in KY) – Maybe an early May run (in addition to our annual Memorial Day weekend run to WVA)

Painted Rock – maybe June run

CORE Runs:
This months run: Badlands – March 13th
Next months run: TBD
