Just wanted to post and say that Ramsey gets another thumbs up for customer service. The plug on the winch that the remote hooks too had a crack and wouldn't hold tight, meaning you had to wiggle the remote to get it to work. A quick e-mail to Ramsey and the UPS guy dropped off a box at my door about 3 days later. No questions asked (I've owned this winch for over 12 years).

Reply back how your buddy got Warn to send them a new controller for free on their 10 year old winch and that you are disappointed with Ramsey. Seriously though, a guy here at work got some old military 24v Warn winch at an auction and Warn hooked him up with all types of parts.
