Treasurer report: We have money
4x4s For A Cause (Sat Aug 13; 10a-4p @ Barn N Bunk):
--Thanks to everyone who has gone out and gotten donations. We are still accepting donations, so talk to Lisa if you need copies of the sponsor flyer or have questions. We are accepting vendor booth applications (free with donation of raffle item) through Tuesday 9th.
--Copies of flyer available for you to pass out. It will be posted in this thread as well as one in trail runs. Run off copies or talk to Lisa if you need a bunch of copies.
--Tshirts: similar design as last year. Costs will be $10 each.
--Grand Prize this year will be a double stack tool box instead of a winch. Tickets will be 1 for $2 or 3 for $5. Debating not needing to be present to win.
--Dan Davidson is working with Hamilton Hobbies regarding the r/c course at the benefit. We will need people to help clean up after the event, so feel free to stick around and help. Thanks to Jacobs Plumbing & Excavating for donating.
--We will have tents and chairs again this year, so we’ll need some help on Friday evening to set those up as well.
--RTI Ramp was refurbished by B&B Landscaping. Looks great with a fresh coat of paint!
--We will need CORE members to help in the Main Registration Booth for registration fees, Tshirt sales, Raffle ticket sales as well as some help to direct traffic and answer questions in the parking lot. Look for a thread asking for you to sign up.
--Paid members: Keep an eye on Benefit Planning forum for discussions

July – Official run was Zookimelt (pink hook to Scott Armstrong)
August – Official run is 4x4s For A Cause (benefit) on Sat 8/13.
