Because if its aluminum i have about 200lbs of it.. Electric co never restrung lines on our hill, just rerouted along the road. Also never cleaned up broken poles or the wires that were down...

Sooo, next question is can i scrapp this stuff or does it belong to electric co?

It is aluminum. I would kindly hang on to it for a little bit and see if they come after it.

Most scrap yards (recycling centers) will want to see a receipt or proof that you did not steal that much wire. Not judging just saying I don't want you to end up in jail!

be careful of taking it to scrap... You are over where those CG&E/Cinergy/Duke employees were lifting whole spools for scrap.
