My 95 yj will not start when it is under 40 degrees but if it is nice out fires right up I gave it a tune up runs good any help pointing me in the right direction would help thanks tommy

Betting you that the capacitors on the board need replaced. Does it turn over or just click when you turn the key? I found out that the capacitors they used on the boards for the YJ's was only rated for 15 years. You can either buy a refurbished board or spend $4 at Radio Shack and solder them in place yourself.

Mine would start up fine if it had just been run or was warm out. There is a thread about how to test it out on the jeep forums.
