All I need to do from here on is strengthen the unibody and crossmember.
Get the passenger seat and harness installed.
Panhard bar.
check the new master cylinder from dodge 2500 and bleed brakes.
Steering box.
A little cage work that will probably be held off for a few weeks due to lack of good bender.
I havent taken many pics but figured Id post the ones I got.

found a standard 82" between the fenders on clist.
Ill just have to go over the fenders. It is only 84" wide now but when I get my beadlocks done it will be about 86.

READY TO WHEEL!!!!.

Got the brakes figured out. Im using a 98 dodge 2500 mc with a 95 dual diaphram xj booster and stock prop valve. After I got it together the brakes were complete ****. Well..... I forgot to bench bleed the master cylinder so I did that today and it locks up the 38s..

Poser pics and checking out the suspension and shocks to check travel. The cage works really well as bump stops. :D

Sweet, looks good...Thats the same master cylinder I used on mine.

I can't think of a better place to put it to the test than Harlan during the Southern Shine.

I took it down the road today.
During this build I had no intention of street time but after seeing how well it did today Im considering tagging it and cruisin it every now a then.

It probably wont see harlan for a few months.
Wanna see if i can destroy it a little closer to home first.

Alright I lied... It wasnt done.

I messed up mounting the air shocks so I had to cut my tabs off and put some new ones on.
I also hated how I had my panhard mounted so it got redone. At first I tried a ruffstuff bracket and tried the artec one but neither one of them would work so I broke out my new chop saw and started making my new mount out of some 1/4 plate a few gussets and some angle iron.

New airshock mounts from artec built to the contour of the truss.

New panhard mount.

Panhard angle is a littl off until I get these bad dogs on there in a few weeks. Going full high steer and hydro assist at some point.

Last year before the build

http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x450/frankensteinxj/IMG_1515.jpg

This year same spot

http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x450/frankensteinxj/100MEDIA36IMAG1016.jpg

Ran once without beadlock and this happened.

http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x450/frankensteinxj/IMG_20120617_143134.jpg

So I fixed that problem thanks to zach at u&k metal works.

http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/x450/frankensteinxj/IMG_20120623_120615.jpg

Last trip out, no problems besides a bent roll bar so Im gonna work on the cage a little more...Heres a start

Would removable fenders work out? Pop them off and drive over the trailer tires?

That is what i will end up doing.

Right now with my beadlocks the tires they squeeze right in between the fenders so Ive just been runnin it the way it is.
