I have a new set of warn premium lockouts (external on a dana 44). Just like all the other ones I've had on my jeep they get loose all the time. I have ran bolts and ran studs with lock nuts and they still loosen up. I have used silicone and had a buddy even spot weld the bolt to the lock out on his jeep. Any sugestions???? I have saftey wired header bolts before but dont know how that would work out for this. Just afraid of the last resort........lock-tite
Thanks

if they are like the ones i had they just have a flat surface that the bolt and washer sit against. i know someone will shot me for compairing foreign lock outs but they(toyota, suzuki)have a cone washer that fits a taper in the lockout and i have never had one come loose infact they can be a pain in the arse to get off but it works. the set of warns that i had i ended up using a reamer to taper the hub and cone washers and never had it happen again... just a though

I'd say loctite the studs in with medium blue and use stover nuts.
Might be a dumb question but what is a stover nut
