I really dont know what to ask for it in this economy. I know I have over 20k in it and I know I cant get anywhere close to that out of it so make me some offers.

Thanks Lester. I really don't want to but Son in college, daughter just got married, grand baby on the way$$$$. Im not going to give it away so we will see.
