Like the title states would like some feedback on this, decided to rework suspension in Sami, don't know if I want to do a 3link or 4 link or the elliptical setup.

Pro : great travel
Con: chopped leaf packs

It was real easy to setup the links in mine and the coils are predictable.

Brody should be able to give you some info.

double triangulate rear and mount sum 14" 175 coils under it, quarter elliptic be harder to tune in, and seems like that came out when revolver shackles did, when people were obsessed about flex not performance of it

^^^ What he said. Links and coils would be easy.

Even with the quarter elliptical, don't you still have to link it. I've seen this setup work very well. Terry "TKH Fab" did his Cherokee and Brody's Wrangler XXL with the quarter elliptical setup. Definitely flexes well.

yes it still linked, just way busier and not as easy to tune. coils its just a matter of swapping coils to get a soft or hard ride and you can change ride height also, without hacking on leaf springs

Good input, I think I know where a setup like that is at. :D

Like said above it's old school and it does work well but I have seen some weird unloading/body roll issues with it... Your linking anyways... Put coils or air shocks on it and be done... Twisted had a badass Zuki... Take his advice cause it worked!

I think you do:cool: 14"x150# coils are heavy enough for a Sami. A beer can weighs more
