1st. There is not a chance in hell Adams buggy will EVER pass this little "inspection".

2nd. The "inspection" you are talking about is to make a rig street legal which is something this buggy will never be and there for COULD NEVER pass the inspection.

3rd. I told him 3 months ago he didn't "need" a Title from the state.
All he needs is a notarized bill of sale.

4th. No matter what the state of OHIO is not going to give you a title for a buggy that is not legal to drive on the street.

1-5 are very redundant. as for six... i wouldnt give you the pleasure. haha.;)

if a dune buggy can be street legal surely his buggy can be also. note: my uncle has a buggy registered as a self built vehicle. AND it is titled. basically all VW parts though....

My god you guys are arguing like an old married couple! I'm going to call the highway patrol tomorrow and see what they say,and I left a message with a lawyer,hopefully he'll asnwer some questions for me without raping me for a ton of cash!
