Now a few things that we need to keep in mind.

Yes we are under a certain amount of time crunch in order to get to large corporations prior to them exhausting their budgets for donations for 2010. This is very important.

HOWEVER, we (or I am anyway) are talking about defining a name for an event that will carry through for many years. I would suggest not rushing with something just to say we have one. But ensure that what we decide on meets what we want it to represent in 2010 as well as in 2020. We have some time, so lets make sure it's what we want so in 5 years we don't say I wish ...

And lets go with the year of the event, not the x annual cause when do we start counting from? TfT in 2005?

I think 5th annual tells people we have been around a while.
CORE/TERRAIN STOMPERS says who we are.
4X4s For A Cause lets people know we are some kind of offroad club.

2010 CORE/TS 4x4s For A Cause

No problem. Me either. I just have alot of things in play right now, especially with my treatment happening next week. I'm hoping we can have something by the meeting 2/1 (that was the goal I'd been working toward). Gives people who don't access the site an opportunity for feedback as well.

Yes I have some pics from last years that people gave me. I'm gonna say it'll be after our meeting on 2/1 before we're gonna be to that point though. Decisions to be made in order to formulate the sponsor sheets themselves, if ya know what I mean.
