I still cringe when I think about it. LOL. It's a very weird feeling when the land dissapears and you start falling... Going up the hill all we saw was sky, then all we saw was the bottom of the creek bed.

Good times. I saw you out there a while back. You and a guy in a black truck with no bed on it. He said it was one of he's first times out in it. I was in a side by side back by the water fall down from your ledge.

I went in that same creek years ago following another jeep & he ended up on his roof off that cliff. Pretty scary with no roll cage! Came down in the creek right behind me... wow, just figured out that was 6 years ago! http://www.terrainstompers.com/photo...?g2_itemId=191

Driver of that jeep was ok, had a goose egg, but otherwise pretty good shape for the roof being at dash-level.

He was riding with me day we went over the ledge. I'm still amazed I landed on my wheels.

gothodgie 01-13-2011 10:40 PM

yea that would be a big surprise...

race10 01-14-2011 12:27 PM

There was some people out the night riding awhile before that that went straight off it in the center of the bend in a basically stock k5 and destroyed it. I don't think they fared as well as you did.

jfiscus 01-17-2011 07:49 AM

yup, same spot, coming up out of the creek at the top of your pics; then making an abrumpt right "turn".

94Dodge Truggy 01-17-2011 08:30 AM

Went there yeasturday in the ice and snow and had a great time. The conditions made it challenging and the trails were not as narrow as it is in the spring and summer months.

race10 01-17-2011 09:24 AM

Dang. If I would have known that I would have come down and rode some. I only have a side by side right now but I try not to get in the way. one of these days I might get my rig done and I'll definitely have to get up with everyone on here.

race10 02-26-2011 06:38 AM

Might b taking the side by side out Sunday if I can find anyone else to go.

It's gonna be a muddy mess, I'll pass.

Rubber boots are cheap. And ya I can't wait to see what he builds. Did you notice the really good looking guy on the right in like the third or forth pic down.

True, but it's barely fun dry. Takes too long to clean my rig off. I hate mud...

smokinsrt 02-28-2011 07:18 PM

I never thought my account was activated on here so I haven't been on here in awhile. I'd meet up and go out to Sheltons some time for something to do nobody ever wants to go there, I don't mind it doesn't take 15 minutes to get to.

race10 02-28-2011 08:34 PM

Ya just let me know I'm just right down the road. What part of Hamilton are you from.

smokinsrt 03-01-2011 09:37 AM

West Side

race10 03-01-2011 10:25 AM

Has to be Chris. Right.

smokinsrt 03-01-2011 11:44 AM

Yes sir, this Joey?

race10 03-01-2011 01:06 PM

Yep. Pm your number next time we go out I'll give you a call.

Nuts 03-12-2011 08:56 AM

I was there about 5 years ago and drove up the waterfall in the creek, that seemed to be the best obstical there, but it'd be a fun place to take the kids and goof off for the day...

93 Krawler 03-12-2011 10:19 AM

There are a few decent hills. The one hill with all the roots growing out of it is the only one I didn't make it up. It'll keep you busy for a few hours, then you get bored.

race10 03-12-2011 11:43 AM

I know about every trail and hill out there just let me know when you guys go out and as long as I'm not working I'll come down and see if I can't find something you haven't hit.
