I need a wrench..

I am in need of an INCH pound beam or dial torque wrench (for setting pinion preload)
I've checked at every parts store in the area and none have them in stock. I can buy a dial type but it would cost me too much.

Does anyone have one that I can borrow/ rent?

I can order one but I don't want to wait for it to ship if I can..
