6-lug rims?

I picked up a set of tires, but they were on 6-lug rims. I believe they were on a Nissan Pathfinder. Are these compatible with other 6-lug bolt-patterns???

they should be 6x5.5 which is the same as gm lug pattern if i remember right.

Only difference between the 6 lug rims i have
ever found is the diameter of the hole in the center of the wheel...
