Hi, I'm currently seeking the 4x4 community support to open 100 acres of wooded trails, 1.5 hours from Cincinnati. (25 min from maysville Ky) This will be by invitation only. The skill level of the trails will be, beginer to moderate, until progress can be made on more challenging trails. Our goal here is to have a safe and fun enviornment without the over crowding of the larger off road parks. We will be allowing 4wd vehicles of all types. We are considering having 4 wheel atv's but will be restricting dirt bikes. A mandatory donation of $20.00 per driver and trail rig, per day, and an additional $10.00 per passenger, per day. This will include camping and night riding. There will be general rules to respect and maintain the property and keep a safe and fun enviornment for all for years to come. Does the land have bath rooms, shower house or any thing like that or is it a shat it the woods thing? 100ac seems really small are there any creek beds, hills, Rock gardens?
