Contact IOK Four Wheelers .. they will lease you there rock garden , insurance coverage, timing system and EMT service... for a pretty healthy fee.

The VW club I used to belong to rented the flat and uphill drags courses and two events in the obstacle bowl , we lost our ass on every event.

There is also The Roc in Columbus that had a man made rock crawling course. They used to have events there, but they never advertised anything then they wondered why there were only 20 spectators there.

I saw the rigs heading up 71 one Friday while I was coming home from work.

Not anymore it was full of porn toward the end and dropped. It could have went if they had just posted it on the local boards, but they didn't.:( It was built at a shipping container yard on the south side of Columbus.
