Low Range offroad Buy Beware!
 

ok im really getting pissed off... has anyone had any bad happenings with lowrange offroad? I ordered my axles back on april 2 and the are still not here. i called friday and the guy said they shipped april 6th and be delivered apritl 12th that was yesterday.. nothing.. i called today 3 different times and guy was like the computers are down... and customer service suxs... ups delivered 2 doors down so i know they will not deliver today....funny thing is they snail mailed me my invoice and sent me stickers so i know they ship stuff... where are my axles damn it...

I knew i should have order threw trail tough !!!aggggHHHH

Aren't they in Utah... ? I could see it taking 6-8 days to get here.

Like most shops , they tell you it shipped on 4/6 when it really shipped on 4/8...

I had great luck with low range offroad the couple of times I used them. Hopefully they are just really busy or on vacation or something. Let us know what happens on this as I know many who use them.

Did you get a tracking number? Ask for one? Be patient here. More than once I've had UPS delay the est time of arrival for various reasons.

I've had the same thing happen.

Ordered parts from CA. Company said I'd get them on a certain date and sent me the UPS tracking stuff. UPS then let it sit at the place in CA for 5 days, passing the time that they told the company that I'd have it.

Well got poor customer service when I call 3 time to check on it, they just the computers were down and could not give me a tracking #. They never even offered to call the supply and get a tracking # for me or anything...
I called again today and they had the computer up so found out that they had the wrong address. I had to run down to UPS and pick it myself! I will not use them again.. for poor service. i did tell the guy I needed fast when i ordered it and he said oh they are not in stock..and i made a joke saying i should just order from trail tough then... but I wanted to give them a change... well they failed... so my .02!
