Treasurer report: We have money

Benefit Wrap Up:
4x4’s For A Cause held at Barn n Bunk Farm Market in Trenton on Sat, Aug 28th, 2010. Big thanks to everyone for their help. Total of 52 vehicles registered. Final total to One Way Farm is $1,585, unless additional shirts purchased. Have leftover shirts available for $10 (medium and 2XL).
Next year’s will be held on Saturday, 8/13/2011. Save the date!

New Business:
Officer elections will be held at October meeting. Following positions are up this year:
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary
1 yr Trustee
To nominate/be nominated: must be member in good standing
To vote: must be paid member by September meeting (new members in Oct not eligible for vote)

Member Run 10/9 and 10/10 at Rich’s Land in Trenton. Member section for more details.

CORE Ultimate Adventure thing, Sat 11/6 – Sun 11/7 (online thread for more info):
Trailer vehicles allowed
Peeps doing one day only not eligible for tshirt or sticker
Where? Sat at Haspin ; Sun at Big Rock
Travel to Big Rock Sat evening.
