Friday had spotty rain. Sat and Sunday were beautiful enough it made up for Friday. Great times. I'll try to add the run if I remember which it was.

Only pics from Friday were from camp...

Got to Mason Jar (I think) around dark. Apparently need a better camera for night pics (or rigs to stand still). These are all I got. Mark, Scott and Kevin went up.

I created a category in the gallery for this run. If you're a paid member, feel free to add pics. Otherwise, I'll grab them and add them to it as I have time (give us some new stuff to flip through the random pics.

I had a blast. I planned on doing Mason Jar this trip for the first time. I didn't think we would be doing it at night though. :sweatin:
Sunday after everyone left, me and Mark took off with Hodgie and Tim as passengers and went looking for some nasty stuff. We did Lower Damnation, Middle & upper rock garden, and some others I don't remember the name of. It was an awesome weekend.

tjjeepjeep 05-31-2011 12:51 PM

I second the awesome weekend!!! Did anyone else become a chigger buffet or just me? (Realizing I was the sweetest one there. giggle)

got pics. did anybody go back and try lower profanity. did you go through can opener or bypass that like i did. 40" of water kept me from givin it anymore of a try.

Looks awesome...I can't wait to get out there later this summer. Just curious which trails result in less body damage? I had heard that Mason Jar can be done without any significant damage, is this true? I don't mind a little damage but I'd prefer not to destroy my rig, lol. Been there done that :D

We went by lower profanity again sunday evening and it still looked muddy as hell. Nope, never did can opener. Maybe next time.

If I had kept my doors on, I would have crunched my door a bit on Mason Jar. My tube doors took the scrape on the tree instead. Other than that, I didn't get any. Well, do back windows count? I won't mention Tim's name, but the passenger side head rest some how ended up blowing out the rear window.

The only thing that bit me was my leaf spring when I slipped and dragged my leg on the way down. That chit hurt. :(
