May Meeting – May 7, 2012

General Club:
Members only run will be held on June 23-24th, check Member Only forum for details.

4x4s For A Cause/Benefit:
Event is 13 weeks away. We do have a few sponsors lined up already, we need more. Cash donations as well as raffle prizes, are appreciated. Sponsor flyers are now available to begin gathering donations/interest in the event, see Lisa for copies.

Discussion around what would generate interest in the two 2013 single day tickets for KI. Discussion of ideas to create a basket that people can buy raffle tickets for $2 each to win.

Monthly Runs:
April – Swap meet the 14th
IOK Rock Race – 4/20 & 4/21

May – Group went to Grey Rock – rent the place for $850 about an 8-9 hr drive from Cinci with similar terrain to Harlan, The Ranch in WVA and Tellico.

Group discussed plans for Southern Shine@Harlan

Zookimelt – dates are July 12, 13 and 14
