tapping for hydro assist
 

I have read all the forums and found a good write up. I took a spare box apart and it went like the right up. Take my new box apart and it is different. I can see a spring on the shaft that is at the back of the box behind where the steering shaft hooks on. And the right up said grab it and pull but the new one wont pull out. Trying not to twist so i dont loose those ball bearings.

If anyone local would be interested in doing it i would be willing to go that route too. Just no time before next trail ride to send it somewhere
