4x4s For A Cause/Benefit:
Help needed for set up on Saturday morning at 8:30am. Will be setting up two large tents, setting up registration booth, putting out remaining signs, final touches on R/C course as needed and to tape off event areas.
If you can’t be there to help set up, stay around after to help tear out. Need help cleaning up the R/C course, tearing down two large tents, and clean up.
Sign up sheet to help at the registration booth. Split into 30 min segments, need 6 people total to cover.
Flyers available start spreading the word.
