General Club:
Membership requirements? Discussion around requiring a specific number of meetings or runs to attend each year to qualify for the $30 membership; else renewal would be $50. Need more members to participate in club activities.

Annual Officer Elections: 2013 Officers are as follows:
President: Scott Armstrong (flxratd)

Secretary - Chris Hodges (gothodgie)
Trustee 1 yr – Lisa Lorts (tjjeepjeep)

Congratulations to our 2013 Officers. Thanks to all those that expressed interest in moving the club forward by running for an office.

4x4s For A Cause/Benefit:
2012 Summary: Check will be presented to One Way Farm in the amount of $2,400
Lisa has 2- 3XL for sale at $10

CORE Tour: Sat 11/3-Sun 11/4
Haspin run on Sat 11/3, head to Big Rock evening to camp overnight at Big Rock then run Big Rock on Sunday 11/4.

Trail Runs for 2013:
Request to investigate a run at Winrock for 2013.
If there are any other places people would like to visit, let either Lisa or Chris Hodges know.

Member Only Holiday Party:
Due to conflict, the date of the holiday party has changed to Friday 11/30. Same plan for a gift exchange w/$25 max. Bring a covered dish. Members only-see thread in member section for additional details

IOK Swap Meet – weekend of 10/5-10/6
