Will a set of tires that are mounted on 16.5 inch rims fit on my 16 inch rims?

Will they fit? Yes. You cannot do it though. You also will not find a tire shop that would even consider it. The tire will come off and it will cause an accident. If insurance finds out this is the case they will not cover anything. Don't do it. Don't even try it.
