Treasurer report - We have money

Trail runs - No one went anywhere in June. July run was weekend before meeting (7/4) to Harlan, but no one attended.
Zookimelt weekend of 7/12. Many members planning on attending.

Benefit – Scheduled for 8/2. Flyers and posters available. Thanks to Jason Fiscus for coordinating and printing of these. If you need some, contact either Lisa or Jason (jfiscus). If anyone is interested in having a vendor booth at the event, contact Lisa. Still needing prizes/donations for raffle items.

Admission to the event is free
Entry fee per vehicle is $10. This amount gains entry in Show & Shine and RTI ramp.
No fee for Balance Rack, but we will have a container available for donations.
Dunk Booth cost is $1 per ball or 6 balls for $5.
Raffle & Split the Pot tickets cost is TBD.

We need volunteers, if you’re interested. Let Lisa know.
