Well, they won't be 180 degrees upside down... more like 90 degrees sideways... I can't see any issue other than possibly water drainage?

Front will be under the hood, and I'm thinking that I may get an ATV style cover for the rear one...

The drum diameters on the Warn Works series seem to be slightly smaller, but for what I'm going to do with them, I'm assuming that they'll be fine...
