Okay, we plan to meet at the park at nine. Some of us are meeting at the Union rest stop, mm177, at 8:30.
After a few cancellations, and consolidating some duplicates, I've got:

So it's looking more like 8-11, which is still a lot, but a lot more manageable than 16-19!
