Its not the same frame as the Tahoe. It's on its own frame. The H2 frame is pretty interesting.
The frame is broken into thirds.
The front third is based on a 2500 Series Truck/Suburban but not completly the same. Its fully boxed and has an extra cross member.
The Middle third is taken from a 3500 Series Truck. Again it is fully boxed and they added additional cross members
The rear third is taken from a 1500 series truck. Again they fully boxed it and added another cross member.
Over all the H2 has 3 more cross members than a Tahoe.
The H2 has a 6inches longer wheelbase than the Tahoe but its overall length is 10 inches shorter The H2 also has a 5 inch wider track. And is 1500# heavier.
So given those numbers its pretty self evident its not sitting on a Tahoe frame.
