I want to call the BMV tommorrow but work 9-5 so I may not get a chance.
Neet to find out if this atv has been stolen or has a lien on it? It is forsale locally for a good price with no title. I assume it has a lien on it, if it doesnt I would like to track down the registered owner and see if I can get them to get a new title for it IF its not liened/stolen and IF I buy it
