Need Some Help

I know I have heard of some people that have had some upholstery work done on here, I need a name and a number if anyone has one. My mom and dad took their customized van to Firestone to have them look at it before we came to Miami for the Orange Bowl. They have a TV mounted on the floor between the two front seats. The tech decided in his infinite stupidity to just rip the TV out, instead of undoing the latches on either side of it. Needless to say it tore all the custom upholstery off the side of the TV, now Firestone is going to pay to have it fixed. Any help would be greatly Appreciated.
