add-a-leaf lift kit

when you do an add a leaf do you just replace the main leaf? never done a add a leaf always full spring pack

No, you "add" it to the bottom of the pack.

But you shouldn't, if you can avoid it...

They are called "add-a-leafs" for a reason. it is an additional leaf or so that you add into your existing leaf packs. You do not unbolt your main leaf; that is why these are popular.
