new ride
Well after many nights spent laying on a creeper and sitting in the garage I have decided it is time to retire the 60... The frame rust is just more than i want to deal with... I'll be parting the 60 out and using anything i can on the new(to me) trail rig...
So the new trail rig is going to be a 96 fj80 that just kinda fell in my lap last week and i couldn't pass it up... I will need to come up with a name for her and there is a whole list of things i will be doing to her in hopefully the near future... This has also become the diesel swap truck now too... lift... 4"-6" with a little body lift maybe... tires... planning on 36/37 ish range... gears... bumpers/sliders/armor... thinking of painting the roof white to help with the heat... some interior upgrades too... This is just a start because we all know that the list just keeps growing...
