Tandem towing.

I have heard several things but I want to know if anyone knows the actual facts. I want to tow a 5 foot trailer behind my Jeep trailer. Can I do this?

You have to check each state that you will be towing in and see what their length restrictions are and then see what your truck can legally tow. Highway patrol and DOT have been pulling alot of non commercial people over this year for being over their load. I had to get a special permit in michigan for towing a boat last year.

I have no clue, but I have seen a pick up pulling a fifth wheel camper with a boat behind the camper. I would think it would be no different than a truck pulling doubles.

Fabricators post covers it. Now you have to find out what the truck can legally pull and you will be set.
