yota axles under 88 sammi

hey everyone i was lookin fer some help on if i were to put 85 yota' axles under my 88 sami would i need to upgrade my motor from a 1.3L to sumnthing bigger? or does it not matter??

I know of alot of fellas running the stock 1.3 with 35 to 37'' tires and are going places others can't. It will be fine. In the mud you may want to upgrade.

The axles themselves won't require a motor swap......it's the bigger tires you are likely going to put on it that would cause the issues.

ok thank you.now know anyone who will swap axles for me and do a spoa lift??for a decent price
