Did you buy a Dodge????
If you did, what is the deal with the $2.99 gas?

it's going to be written into the new bailout deal proposal next month, if you agreed to $2.99, then you owe that money to the big 3 to offset some of the gov't cost of the bailout. they are wanting to spread the wealth around a little more, and that my friend, is change we can believe in!

Greg's just messing with your heads...
It was an offer by the Dodge folks... buy our cars, and get $2.99 gas for the next 5 years... sounded good when we were looking at $4.25 a gallon. I saw something about it on the news the other day... There's a certain amount of time that the offer is good for... (5 years maybe??) So for now, you'd have to be stupid to pay more, but it's insurance for when the price goes back up... and it will eventually.

And I may be mistaken, but I believe it's a credit-card type deal where you charge it then pay it back or pre-pay then use it then refill the card. |
