rear end pop/click

I was wondering if any of you guys would have an idea why my truck is making a clicking/popping noise. It sounds like its coming from the rearend. I dont do burnouts or anything, but it does have 33's on it. Its a 97' F150 4x4 4.6L V8

U-Joint? Worn Cross Pin? Worn Carrier? Loose Suspension part? Loose or broken Sway bar links? The list can go on.......

When or what makes it happen?

Crawl under and see if there's play in the rear drive shaft. You'll here a clunk if the carrier or cross pin have some wear on them causing a driveline clunk when the slack is taken up starting and stopping.
