Tuning air shocks

Anyone on here have experience re-valving air shocks?

In the past ive had good success w oil level and weight changes. But I'm really wanting to start playing w the valving and would love to learn from a expert out there.

I know just the tip of the iceberg, but I know there's guys out there getting these dialed in. Pirate be the place to find it but I'm comin up short there
