I bought this back in September from a guy in Oklahoma and wheeled once since then. I do not have the time to wheel it now since I am building a new buggy and need space in the garage. Here are the specs:
87 YJ Frame/Tub (with clean Ohio Title) Body has some pretty good dents, but is in OK shape for a trail rig Suspension seats with 4 point harnesses (seat fabric in rough shape) Flat aluminum dash with new gauges Tan bikini top and removable lexan windshield (no factory top or doors) 1.75" .120 wall DOM cage tied into frame at 8 points 1992 TBI 350 with approx 10-15K miles according to previous owner TH350 trans ATLAS 5.0 Driver Drop case with 32 spline outputs and 1350 yokes 1350 driveshafts front and rear with spare shaft Full removable skidplate from oil pan to behind t-case late 90's Ford HP 60 front with 4.56 gears and detroit locker 10.25 Sterling rear axle with 4.56's and detriot, disc brakes RCI aluminum fuel cell Full Hydro PSC Steering - Single ended ram with PSC pump, filtered reservoir and orbital valve 3 link front suspension with 14" ORI struts triangluated 4 link rear suspension with 14" ORI struts 38" TOYO M/T's on 16" black steel wheels (one has a slow leak, probably from bent lip on wheel) New Spare 37" BFG KM2 on steel wheel $12,000 located in Milford, OH Only pics I have now are from when I picked it up. I will try to get it cleaned up and more pics this weekend. |

How streetable is it? I have a 3 mile drive to work (max of 40 mph) would it be bearable?

If you are looking for a daily driver, this is not it. However if you wanted to drive it to work on a summer day for 3 miles, max 40 mph I dont forsee that as a problem. Keep in mind it has full hydro steering, no doors or real top/windshield, and only a bikini top and lexan windshield which zip-ties to the cage.
